How do I place my order?

Step 1 : Browse through our website and pick your favorite cake!

Step 2 : Click “Add to cart” Fill information (Shipping information and payment method)

Step 3 : Proceed to Checkout. Please fill in your information

Personal Info

Name, Email, Contact number

Cake Details

Message on cake, Message on card, Candle, Remarks (if any)

Delivery details

Recipient name, Recipient contact number, Shipping Address.

Payment Details

Online transfer or Credit Card

Step 4 : Place Order. 

We will send you a confirmation email.

Step 5 : Sit back, relax and we will get your freshly baked cake delivered right to you!

Make sure upon placing your order, you are contactable either WhatsApp or call.

Can I place an order for a later date of delivery?

Yes, you can! Select the date you like the cake to be delivered before you check out of the shopping cart!

What is the delivery time slots available? 

You may select the time slots you like the cake to be sent.

11am to 1pm

1pm to 3pm

3pm to 5pm

5pm to 7pm

Please place your order before 4pm to receive it the same day.

Does my order come with a knife and a candle?

Yes, all cake orders will come with a card, a cake knife, and a candle (if you have not keyed in the number of candles you like).

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, FPX online banking. 

I am not sure if my order was processed?

When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. So do keep an eye out for that email. If you didn’t receive the said email, do drop us a WhatsApp 012 234 4098, or call or email at hello@madeleine.com.my
