Are the cakes HALAL?

All our cakes do not contain any alcohol and we use Halal Certified Ingredients. We will be applying for a HALAL certificate soon.

How do I check for allergens?

All allergens are displayed in each cake’s product details. Please check if the cake contains wheat, eggs, diary or nuts. We advise you to read and understand the ingredients and allergens before placing your order as a precautionary measure.

How big are the cakes?

Our standard sized cakes are 9 inches. The weight of each cake differs, approximately 1.5kg to 2kg. If you wish to order a bigger cake for event, we bespoke cakes for events. Do send us a WhatsApp or email to hello@madeleine.com.my

Can I write a message on the cake?

YES, please click on the preferred cake and before checking out, please put in your message on the cake. We handwrite the message on a chocolate board and advise for your message to be short and sweet. Ideally not more than 50 alphabets.

Can I request for a special request for the cake?

We are not able to guarantee that all special request can be fulfilled but we will try our best! Do let us know about your request at the cart page or drop us a WhatsApp 012 234 4098 or email us to hello@madeleine.com.my

I received the cake but it looks different from the picture?

Sometimes the cake you have received may differ from what was shown on our website. The photos are for illustration purposes, so do take note of the lighting used into consideration. However, we will try to be the same as the picture shown on the website most of the time. 

How long can my cake last once I received it?

Our cakes are baked fresh. and we advise to consume the cake within the day. Cakes recommended to be consumed within 4 days. 

Do I need to keep it in the refrigerator once I receive the cake?

Yes, once you receive the cake, please keep it in the refrigerator.
